1- The size of the property is important as we need to down size, it also needs to be on a smaller flat plot. 3 bedrooms preferred
2- Regarding location in Spain. We are presently thinking we would prefer to stay in this area. ie -The Costa Blanca. Any area from here to Alicante we would consider, including costal areas. (As we feel we presently live in a prime position close to the village,we do have concerns that we do not lose the advantages we now have when we down size)
We would hope to pay less money for a smaller property, however we can be flexible on this if the location is right.
3- Should we be unable to locate the right property in Spain. We are considering England as an alternative for our main residence At the moment we are considering Somerset , Avon, and rural areas of South Wales
4- Price range is between £150k- £300k
